A 2.5 hour workshop exploring how to move into backbends and spinal extension with safe control. Whether you want to perform gentle spinal extension or deeper backbending postures, correct support from the body is needed. We will look at how gluteal engagement, core activation and shoulder mobilisation are the main pillars to a healthy and supported backbend.
