Give yourself the gift of wellbeing in our nature and hiking yoga retreat where the Parque Natural Sierra de Grazalema rises from quiet rural byways like an apparition, the natural world takes over.
Enjoy 7 days of intelligent yoga and dynamic Pilates, to build awareness and strength in our bodies, as well as a restorative daily yin practice and yoga nidra meditation. Over the course of the week we will be focusing on different areas of our practice including a technical approach to back bending, inversions, arm balances and forward folds.
We will be exploring how these different disciplines can compliment and support each other to create a well rounded, safe and exciting way to practise. Move from yang to yin and find your balance.
You can also enjoy massages or relax by the pool and explore the ancient forests, volcanoes and nearby temples on our planned excursions. The food will be organic, fresh vegetarian and vegan so you can nourish yourself from the inside out.
